Storekeeper

• Manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory, ensuring all items are logged accurately upon arrival. • Conduct regular stock audits and inventory checks to maintain optimal levels and identify discrepancies promptly. • Organize the warehouse in a systematic manner, utilizing space effectively while ensuring easy access to frequently used items. • Assist in the preparation of purchase orders and maintain effective communication with suppliers regarding stock availability. • Knowledge of fire fighting materials and equipment is an advantage. • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a storekeeping or warehouse role, demonstrating proficiency in inventory control. • Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data tracking. • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. •
