Store Supervisor ( Hypermarket )

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring seamless customer service and efficient workflow across all departments. • Manage and motivate a team of retail associates, providing training, performance feedback, and fostering a positive work environment. • Control inventory levels, implementing stock management procedures to minimize shrinkage and ensure product availability. • Monitor sales performance, analyzing data to identify trends and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets. • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or retail management is a plus. • Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in a hypermarket or large retail environment. • Proven track record of leading and developing teams to achieve store objectives. • Strong understanding of inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention techniques.
