Choithrams Doha, Qatar Posted 18 hours ago Expires in 2 months #### **Job Description** **Key Dimensions and Related Job Results** * Ensuring business strategies are in place in achieving Retail KPIs including sales and cost targets. * Ensure that inventory and Days of Stock (DOS) is maintained at target levels inventory \& shrinkage control. * Ensure smooth day\-to\-day operations of the store in compliance with SOPs including but not limited to expiry management, shrinkage control, price update, back\-end documents. * Ensure availability of store range and promotion stock through RP and manual replenishments. * Ensure efficient staff deployment and efficiency of manpower through delegation, supervision, training, roster management, leave planning etc. for smooth store operations. * Ensure the store ambiance, cleanliness, merchandise displays, planogram etc. are maintained at expected levels. * Analyze reports and implement necessary corrective actions on the floor towards achievement of KPIs which includes but not limited to sales, cost reduction, shrinkage controls, inventory optimization and maintaining availability. * Derive and strategize processes for efficient store operations in line with departmental priorities. **Operating Environment** * Job location might change based on business requirement. Job holder may be relocated to any outlet or department. * The working environment is physically demanding of time with long working hours, working on holidays, \& demands physical agility. * Job is emotionally \& psychologically demanding. Job holder may be pressurized from customer’s requirements, operational needs, employee relations, process compliance, government regulations \& external relations. #### **Skills Description** * A graduate in any discipline with a minimum of 4 years experience in a supervisory role in the retail company or HSC with a minimum of 5 years experience in a supervisory role in retail * A post graduate degree in management or business\-related course is highly preferred * Middle eastern work experience is highly preferred * MS Office (MS Excel \& MS Word) * Knowledge of Retail ERP (SAP) is an advantage * Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English.
