### **Position** Act as an ambassador of the Maison, leading and developing the store team through inspiring, hands\-on leadership. The Store Manager is accountable for driving business performance, building sustainable client relationships, and ensuring the consistent delivery of an exceptional client experience aligned with the Louis Vuitton promise. The role holds full responsibility for the store’s results, operations, and budget. ### **Job responsibilities** * Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and team leaders to ensure their teams consistently deliver the Louis Vuitton promise. * Identify, recruit, and develop talents while securing succession plans. * Translate strategic and business objectives into clear individual and team goals. * Foster a positive, inclusive, and high\-performance work environment that encourages ownership and innovation. * Drive the overall business performance of the store through a strong understanding of the market, clients, and commercial levers. * Build a loyal client base and ensure a strong client\-centric mindset across the store.
