Store Manager

Position: Store Manager, Dubai Location: Dubai, UAE Department: Retail Operations Company: BIBA Fashion Ltd. Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: AED 4,800 per month max. Role Summary The Store Manager will be responsible for driving sales, managing daily store operations, leading and developing the store team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while ensuring compliance with BIBA's retail standards and operational policies. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Drive store profitability by improving conversion, average bill value (ABV), and units per transaction (UPT). Monitor daily sales performance and implement action plans to meet business objectives. Execute promotional campaigns and seasonal launches effectively. Customer Experience Deliver exceptional customer service and enhance the overall shopping experience. Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business. Resolve customer concerns and escalations promptly and professionally. Ensure adherence to BIBA's customer service standards. Store Operations Manage the day-to-day operations of the store. Ensure smooth billing, cash handling, opening and closing procedures. Maintain store hygiene, ambience, and visual appeal. Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and UAE retail regulations. Inventory Management Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment. Conduct regular stock audits and inventory reconciliations. Minimize stock loss and shrinkage through effective inventory controls. Coordinate with the warehouse and merchandising teams for stock movement. Visual Merchandising Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained as per BIBA guidelines. Execute seasonal displays and promotional setups. Maintain attractive product displays to maximize sales. People Management Lead, motivate, and develop the store team. Prepare duty rosters and manage workforce scheduling. Conduct training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills. Monitor employee performance and provide regular feedback. Experience 36 years of experience in apparel/fashion retail. Minimum 1 year of experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
