Store keeper

We are looking for a storekeeper to join our growing team. This role will play a critical part in controlling food costs. Key Responsibilities ​**​Monitor and control Cost of Revenue (Food \& Beverage Cost)** ​**​Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly branch\-level** ​**​Conduct recipe costing and update standard costing sheets** ​**​Monitor variance between theoretical vs. actual consumption** ​**​Perform stock audits and coordinate monthly inventory counts** ​**​Track wastage, shrinkage, and implement corrective actions** ​**​Work closely with Central Kitchen, Finance, Procurement \& Operations teams** ​**​Review supplier pricing and recommend cost\-saving initiatives** ​**​Prepare management reports with actionable recommendations** ​**​Support budgeting, forecasting, and margin recovery plans** Interested Candidate please share your resume on Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Pay: BD200\.000 \- BD300\.000 per month Work Location: In person
