STORE KEEPER for Restaurant

A storekeeper manages inventory, organizes storage, and oversees the receiving and dispatching of goods to ensure accurate stock levels and efficient operations. Job Responsibility: * **Inventory management:** Maintain accurate records of all stock, including stock levels, receipts, and withdrawals. * **Stock control:** Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking, and manage the rotation of stock (e.g., using the first\-in, first\-out method). * **Receiving and dispatching:** Receive shipments, inspect goods for damage or discrepancies, and organize them for proper storage or dispatch. * **Organization and storage:** Ensure the store or warehouse is clean, organized, and safe, with a proper system for storing items efficiently. * **Order processing:** Process purchase requisitions and coordinate with suppliers and vendors for new orders and deliveries. * **Reporting:** Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile physical stock with records, reporting any discrepancies. **Knowledge:** \- MS Office \- Tally system visa transfer and willing to stay in our accommodation.
