Store Keeper cum inventory controller

**Responsibilities** * Manage the day\-to\-day operations of the store and warehouse. * Receive, inspect, count and verify all incoming materials against LPOs, delivery notes and Material Movement Reports (MMR). * Ensure all received materials are properly recorded in the ERP/system on a timely basis. * Maintain accurate records of stock receipts, issues, transfers and returns. * Organize and maintain materials in the warehouse with proper identification and labeling. * Ensure proper storage of raw materials, finished goods, consumables and other inventory items. * Monitor stock levels and ensure minimum and maximum stock levels are maintained. * Prepare regular inventory availability and stock status reports. * Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile physical quantities with ERP/system balances. * Investigate and report stock discrepancies, shortages, excesses and damaged materials. * Coordinate with the Procurement Department regarding material requirements and reorder levels. * Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Accounts and other departments regarding material movement and requirements. * Ensure materials are issued only against properly authorized material requisitions. * Maintain proper documentation for all material receipts, issues, transfers and returns. * Monitor slow\-moving, non\-moving, obsolete and damaged inventory. * Monitor proper utilization of warehouse space and improve storage arrangements. * Ensure materials are easily identifiable and accessible. * Control access to the store and ensure materials are released only to authorized personnel. * Assist in monthly and year\-end inventory closing and stock verification. * Prepare inventory reconciliation reports and submit them to management. * Identify inventory control weaknesses and recommend corrective actions. * Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and internal control requirements. * Maintain proper records of rejected, returned and damaged materials. * Support internal and external auditors during stock verification and inventory\-related reviews. * Monitor inventory movements and ensure no unauthorized or backdated transactions are made. * Ensure all warehouse and inventory documents are properly filed and maintained. * Take responsibility for the accuracy and security of inventory under custody. **Education \& Experience** * Bachelors degree or relevant qualification * Minimum 5 years of experience in Store Keeping, Warehouse Management or Inventory Control. * Experience in Printing \& Packaging, Manufacturing or Trading industries is highly preferred. * GCC/Oman experience will be an added advantage. * Good knowledge of ERP\-based inventory management systems. **Required Skills** * Good knowledge of inventory control and warehouse procedures. * Strong knowledge of receiving, issuing, storing and transferring materials. * Good understanding of stock reconciliation and physical inventory counting. * Ability to identify and investigate stock discrepancies. * Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel. * Experience in preparing inventory and stock reports. * Good organizational and time\-management skills. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Good communication and coordination skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. * Honest, responsible and hardworking with a positive attitude. * Ability to coordinate effectively with Procurement, Production, Accounts and other departments. * Knowledge of ERP inventory modules is preferred. **Mandatory Requirements:** Ability to commute/relocate: * Muscat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) **Experience:** * Store Keeping / Inventory Control: 5 years (Required) * Printing \& Packaging / Manufacturing / Trading: 3 years (Required) * GCC experience: Preferred **Candidates who are immediately available to join will be preferred.** **Interested candidates may send their CV with relevant experience and expected salary** Pay: From RO250\.000 per month Work Location: In person
