Store Keeper

Manage daily store operations at the construction site. Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery documents. Maintain accurate records of materials received, issued, and returned. Monitor stock levels and prepare material requests when required. Ensure proper storage, handling, and preservation of materials. Issue materials to site teams based on approved requests. Maintain inventory records, stock reports, and documentation. Coordinate with procurement, site engineers, and project teams. Conduct regular stock checks and reconciliation. Monitor tools, equipment, and material movements. Ensure proper labeling and organization of store items. Maintain compliance with company procedures and safety requirements. Location ? Dubai, UAE Project Exposure ? High-Rise Building Projects ? Experience in high-rise buildings, residential, and villa projects preferred. Good knowledge of construction materials, tools, and equipment. Familiarity with inventory control and documentation. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/ERP experience preferred). Good communication and organizational skills. UAE construction experience is an advantage.
