Store Inventory Executive

The Store Inventory Executive is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock levels, conducting stock counts, and ensuring proper control of inventory within the store. The role involves coordinating with store operations, warehouse, purchasing, and finance teams to minimize stock discrepancies and ensure efficient inventory management. Key Responsibilities * Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP/system. * Conduct regular physical stock counts and cycle counts. * Identify and investigate stock variances, shortages, excess stock, and discrepancies. * Ensure proper receiving, transferring, storing, and issuing of merchandise. * Verify received goods against invoices, purchase orders, and delivery documents. * Monitor stock movements between stores, warehouse, and other locations. * Prepare inventory reports and submit them to the management on a regular basis. * Track slow\-moving, fast\-moving, damaged, expired, and non\-moving items. * Coordinate with the Store Manager and relevant departments to resolve inventory discrepancies. * Ensure proper product coding, barcoding, pricing, and system entries. * Assist during monthly, quarterly, and annual stock audits. * Maintain proper documentation for stock adjustments, transfers, returns, and write\-offs. * Ensure inventory procedures and company policies are followed. * Monitor stock levels and highlight replenishment requirements to the concerned team. * Coordinate with the warehouse and purchasing teams to maintain optimum stock availability. * Support internal and external auditors during inventory verification. * Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of inventory\-related information. * Perform any other inventory\-related duties assigned by management.
