Join our team and be part of a dynamic fashion retail environment! **Key Responsibilities** * Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. * Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products. * Achieve individual and store sales targets. * Maintain excellent product knowledge and stay updated on promotions and new arrivals. * Process sales transactions accurately through the POS system. * Ensure merchandise is properly displayed and replenished on the sales floor. * Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards. * Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally. * Assist with stock receiving, inventory counts, and stockroom organization. * Build and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business. * Follow company policies, procedures, and loss prevention guidelines. * Support team members and contribute to achieving overall store objectives. **Requirements** * Previous retail sales experience is preferred, preferably in fashion or apparel retail. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Customer\-focused with a passion for fashion and styling. * Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast\-paced environment. * Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required. * Basic computer and POS system knowledge is an advantage.
