Job description

• Fabricate and install Solid Surface (Corian), Artificial Marble, Quartz, and Natural Stone products with exceptional craftsmanship. • Manufacture custom washbasins, vanity tops, countertops, worktops, reception counters, and decorative elements . • Read and accurately interpret shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and technical specifications . • Perform cutting, routing, bonding, thermoforming, edge profiling, sanding, polishing, and finishing to the highest quality standards. • Fabricate and install integrated sinks using seamless joint techniques (Invisible Seams). • Operate fabrication machinery and workshop equipment safely and efficiently, including routers, polishing machines, edge tools, and CNC machines,vacuum forming,Hydraulic Press (preferred). • Inspect products throughout the fabrication process and ensure premium-quality finishing before delivery. • Troubleshoot fabrication issues and recommend practical solutions to improve quality and productivity. • Train, mentor, and support junior fabricators and workshop technicians. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop while following all health and safety procedures. • Continuously suggest improvements in fabrication methods, tooling, workflow, and production efficiency. • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Solid Surface (Corian), Quartz, Artificial Marble, or Natural Stone fabrication . • Proven experience in manufacturing custom washbasins, vanity tops, countertops, and integrated sinks . • Strong knowledge of thermoforming, seamless jointing, polishing, finishing, and repair techniques . • Ability to read and execute shop drawings and technical drawings accurately. • Experience operating routers, polishing machines, seam setters, thermoforming equipment , and CNC machines is highly preferred. • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to premium-quality workmanship. • Ability to work independently and lead a small fabrication team when required. • Experience in the GCC is an advantage. • Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to continuously improve fabrication quality and workshop performance.
