Steward Supervisor - Riyadh Season

Career Land Center is hiring an experienced Steward Supervisor to join an exciting restaurant project during Riyadh Season in Saudi Arabia. Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Contract: 6 months Start Date: October 2026 Requirements: * Previous professional experience as a Steward Supervisor, Kitchen Steward Supervisor, Stewarding Supervisor, or in a similar position. * Experience working in a professional restaurant, hotel, or high\-volume kitchen environment. * Experience supervising and coordinating a stewarding team. * Strong knowledge of kitchen cleaning, sanitation, dishwashing, and hygiene procedures. * Ability to organize daily stewarding operations and assign tasks effectively. * Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards. * Ability to work efficiently in a fast\-paced restaurant environment. * Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. * Ability to train, support, and motivate stewarding team members. Responsibilities: * Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the stewarding team. * Assign cleaning and dishwashing duties according to operational requirements. * Ensure all kitchen equipment, utensils, dishes, and work areas are properly cleaned and sanitized. * Monitor cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the kitchen and restaurant. * Ensure proper handling, storage, and organization of cleaning supplies and equipment. * Train and guide stewarding staff on cleaning, sanitation, and safety procedures. * Monitor the condition and availability of kitchen equipment and supplies. * Coordinate closely with the Head Chef, Sous Chef, Restaurant Manager, and other departments. * Ensure proper waste management and maintain a clean and safe working environment. * Support the team during busy service periods and ensure efficient stewarding operations. * Report maintenance, equipment, or supply issues to management.
