STEM Instructor

**About Us** Advance Horizon is an entertainment and event management company operating across Bahrain. Through our RoboThink division, we deliver hands\-on robotics and coding programs to schools, camps, and families across the Kingdom. **About the Role** We are hiring a STEM Instructor to lead robotics and coding sessions for children aged 4 to 14 in schools, holiday camps, and public programs across Bahrain. Our priority in this hire is character over credentials. We provide full training in robotics, coding, and our curriculum — so prior technical experience is not required. What we are looking for first is someone who is naturally warm, patient, and engaging with children, and who can make every child in the room feel included and confident. **Responsibilities** * Deliver RoboThink robotics and coding sessions to children aged 4–14 * Maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment * Manage classroom engagement and pacing across mixed age and ability groups * Prepare, operate, and maintain robotics kits, laptops, and program materials * Support school programs, summer camps, and public events, including some weekends * Communicate professionally with parents, school staff, and the operations team **What We Are Looking For** * A genuine ability to connect with and motivate children * Patience, positivity, and composure in an active classroom * Confidence presenting to a group * Strong reliability and punctuality * Willingness to learn robotics and coding (full training provided — no technical experience required) * Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage * Valid Bahrain residency or the right to work in Bahrain **What We Offer** * Competitive salary with performance\-based incentives * Full RoboThink curriculum training and certification * A clear development path toward Lead Instructor or Program Coordinator Pay: BD200\.000 \- BD250\.000 per month Work Location: In person
