**Job Summary** The **Staad pro expert** creates safe, practical blueprints for temporary scaffolding and support structures. This role focuses on using **STAAD.Pro** to build structural models, calculate weight limits, and **predict wind forces** to ensure structures do not collapse. You will bridge the gap between engineering theory and hands\-on site installation. **Key Responsibilities Design \& Calculations** * **Build structural models in STAAD.Pro** to analyze complex scaffolding and temporary support designs. * **Calculate wind loads** and environmental forces using software to ensure scaffolds stay stable in high winds. * **Check weight capacities** to make sure the structure can safely hold workers, tools, and materials. * **Create parts lists** (Bills of Materials) so the site team knows exactly what equipment to pack. **Site Support \& Safety** * **Visit job sites** to inspect ground conditions, measure spaces, and spot obstacles. * **Follow safety laws** to keep workers safe. * **Explain designs clearly** to the scaffolding builders so they can erect it correctly. **What We Are Looking ForSkills \& Experience** * **Experience in scaffold design** or temporary construction works (usually 2\+ years). * **Strong STAAD.Pro skills** for simulating structural stress, weights, and wind pressures. * **Good math skills** to verify structural stability and load paths. * **Knowledge of scaffold types** **Education** * **Degree or Diploma** in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
