Job Summary Burhan Oil and Trade Services is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in quantity surveying, cost estimation, BOQ preparation, project billing, and contract management for civil construction and infrastructure projects. The role requires expertise in tendering, budgeting, variation claims, and commercial project management. Key Responsibilities * Prepare detailed BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documentation for civil and infrastructure projects. * Analyze drawings and specifications for accurate quantity take\-off and estimation. * Prepare Interim Payment Certificates (IPC), monthly valuations, and final accounts. * Monitor project costs, variations, and change orders throughout the project lifecycle. * Conduct site visits for quantity verification, measurement, and progress assessment. * Prepare and track subcontractor bills, supplier invoices, and project commercial documentation. * Maintain project cost control systems and generate monthly cost/revenue reports. * Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and project teams to ensure budget compliance. * Assist in contract administration, contractual correspondence, and claim management. * Support management in tender evaluations and commercial negotiations. Required Skills \& Qualifications * 3 to 10\+ years of experience in Quantity Surveying / Estimation. * Strong experience in BOQ preparation, quantity take\-off, project billing, and cost control. * Knowledge of civil construction and infrastructure projects. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, E\-Massah, MS Excel, and MS Office applications. * Experience in subcontractor invoicing, variation claims, and project financial tracking. * Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. * Ability to work independently in a fast\-paced, deadline\-driven environment. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in construction and infrastructure projects in Oman. * Knowledge of procurement processes, commercial contracts, and contractual correspondence. * Familiarity with FIDIC contracts and project commercial management practices.
