Sr. QC Inspector - E&I - Walkin Chennai

• Lead and execute comprehensive quality control inspections for Electrical and Instrumentation systems, ensuring adherence to project specifications and international standards. • Develop and implement detailed inspection and test plans (ITPs) for E&I equipment and activities, covering pre-commissioning, commissioning, and operational phases. • Supervise and guide junior QC inspectors and technicians, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the team. • Review and approve vendor documentation, material certifications, and test reports for E&I components, verifying compliance with project requirements. • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field, demonstrating a strong theoretical foundation. • Certified QA/QC Engineer or Inspector, such as ASNT Level II/III, PCN, or equivalent, validating specialized inspection skills. • Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in Quality Control for Electrical & Instrumentation within the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Power Generation industries. • Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings, P&IDs, single-line diagrams, and technical specifications relevant to E&I systems. Eligibility Criteria ✔ Experience in Pipeline / Oil & Gas / EPC / Flowline / Wellhead / Brownfield / Upstream / Onshore ✔ Gulf / ADNOC experience preferred ✔ Clean-shaven policy applicable ❌ Candidates with Metro / Building / Road Infrastructure experience are not eligible Age Criteria: • Maximum age limit is 49 years • For managerial positions, this may be extended up to 50 years if the candidate has significant Gulf experience Managerial and SR.
