Sr. Project Management Officer

The Bakery is looking for a Senior PMO Officer to coordinate and control multiple transformation projects and cross\-functional work\-streams across the business. The role will maintain the integrated project master plan, track milestones, actions, RAID and dependencies, coordinate stakeholders, escalate risks and delays, manage governance routines and prepare clear executive\-level reporting. Requirements: * Minimum 5 years in PMO, project management, program coordination or transformation * Minimum 2 years coordinating multiple cross\-functional work\-streams * Hands\-on experience with master plans, RAID logs, action trackers, governance and dashboards * Strong stakeholder\-management and executive\-reporting skills * Advanced Excel and PowerPoint * Experience with tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Monday.com, Asana, ClickUp or Jira * Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Information Systems, Operations or related field * Professional Arabic and strong English * Must be available to work on\-site in Kuwait * F\&B, retail, hospitality, manufacturing, e\-commerce or consulting experience preferred Pay: From KD750\.000 per month Application Question(s): * How old are you? * How soon are you available to join?
