**QUALIFICATIONS:** * **Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering** or related field. Masters is highly advantageous. * **Must be a Licensed/Registered Civil Engineer**. * Must have at least **fifteen (15\) years of professional experience**. * With relevant trainings/seminars attended are highly preferred. * **Willing to work overseas**.
