Sr. HR Recruiter

* Manage the end\-to\-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding. * Source candidates through job portals, social media, recruitment platforms, databases, and other channels. * Review and shortlist CVs based on job requirements. * Conduct initial screening interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and experience. * Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. * Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records. * Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. * Develop effective sourcing strategies for difficult\-to\-fill positions. * Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications. * Prepare and post attractive job advertisements. * Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process. * Negotiate offers and assist with the joining process. * Ensure recruitment activities are completed within required timelines. * Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular updates to management. * Support recruitment campaigns, career fairs, and other talent\-acquisition activities. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. * **At least 3–5\+ years of experience in recruitment**, preferably in a fast\-paced environment. * Strong knowledge of sourcing and recruitment techniques. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong interviewing and candidate\-assessment skills. * Ability to handle multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously. * Good knowledge of MS Office and recruitment/ATS platforms. * Strong organizational and follow\-up skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
