Sr. Analyst, Branded Residence

To support leasing activities and tenant management by assisting in lease processes, maintaining accurate records. To Support the holding company s branded residences strategy by coordinating the brand partnerships, setting group-wide standards, and ensuring consistency, value creation, and brand integrity across all branded residential developments within the portfolio. Support the Development and implementation of group-wide branded residence frameworks, policies, and guidelines. Ensure all projects comply with brand standards, design manuals, and operating requirements. Act as the technical authority on branded residence matters within the group. Ensure marketing materials accurately reflect brand scope and services. Prevent misrepresentation of brand obligations to buyers. Identify technical, operational, and reputational risks related to branded residences. Ensure compliance with local regulations, brand standards, and group policies. Monitor deviations, waivers, and approvals from brands. Follow all relevant functional policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions to ensure that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner. Prepare accurate and timely functional deliverables and reports to meet corporate and functional requirements, policies, and standards. Bachelor s degree in real estate, Sales & Marketing, Finance or any related field.
