Sports Medicine specialist

• Diagnose and treat athletic injuries, developing comprehensive rehabilitation plans tailored to individual athlete needs. • Perform physical examinations and conduct diagnostic tests to accurately assess musculoskeletal conditions. • Collaborate with coaches, trainers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal athlete care and performance. • Provide immediate medical attention and emergency care for acute sports-related injuries during training and events. • Medical Doctor (MD or DO) with board certification in Sports Medicine. • Completion of an accredited residency program followed by a Sports Medicine fellowship. • Possession of a valid medical license and DEA registration in the state of practice. • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working directly with athletes or sports teams.
