Speech & language Therapist

The Center for People with Disabilities in Qatar is seeking an **exceptional, highly motivated, and compassionate Speech \& Language Therapist** to join our dynamic multidisciplinary team. As an integral member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for delivering high\-quality, evidence\-based assessment and therapeutic services within a collaborative, client\-centered, and supportive environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, communication, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders to identify individual needs and establish appropriate intervention goals. * Develop, implement, monitor, and regularly review individualized treatment plans based on each client’s specific needs, abilities, and developmental objectives. * Deliver evidence\-based speech and language therapy interventions using best clinical practices and innovative therapeutic approaches. * Monitor and evaluate client progress, adapting intervention strategies as appropriate to maximize therapeutic outcomes. * Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including **Occupational Therapists, ABA Therapists, Psychologists, Special Educators, and other healthcare professionals**, to ensure coordinated and holistic care. * Maintain accurate, timely, and comprehensive clinical documentation, including assessment reports, treatment plans, progress notes, case records, and discharge summaries, in accordance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. * Provide education, guidance, and ongoing support to parents, families, and caregivers to promote continuity of care and encourage the effective implementation of therapeutic strategies at home and in the community. * Participate actively in multidisciplinary case discussions, clinical meetings, professional development activities, training programs, and service improvement initiatives. * Maintain professional competence and remain current with developments, research, and evidence\-based practices within the field of speech and language therapy. * Uphold the highest standards of professional ethics, confidentiality, safeguarding, and client\-centered practice. **Qualifications \& Requirements** * **Bachelor’s or Master’s degree** in Speech\-Language Pathology, Speech \& Language Therapy, Communication Disorders, or a related discipline from an accredited institution. * **Valid professional license or eligibility for professional licensure in Qatar.** * Minimum **2–3 years of relevant clinical experience**, preferably in working with children or adults with disabilities, developmental disorders, or complex communication needs. * Strong clinical assessment, intervention, and documentation skills. * Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and time\-management skills. * Demonstrated ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. * Strong commitment to **ethical practice, cultural sensitivity, confidentiality, and client\-centered care**. * Ability to develop positive and professional relationships with clients, families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary colleagues. * **Fluency in Arabic or English is required; bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is highly desirable** Pay: QAR1\.00 \- QAR2\.00 per month Work Location: In person
