bout the Role We are seeking an experienced and dedicated **ENT Surgeon (Otolaryngologist)** to join our healthcare team in Qatar. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive diagnosis, medical management, and surgical care for patients with ear, nose, throat, head, and neck conditions while ensuring high standards of patient safety and quality care in compliance with Qatar Ministry of Public Health (MOPH) and Department of Healthcare Professions (DHP) requirements. Key Responsibilities * Provide comprehensive ENT consultations, assessments, diagnosis, and treatment plans. * Manage a wide range of ear, nose, throat, head, and neck disorders. * Perform ENT surgical procedures within the scope of approved clinical privileges. * Conduct pre\-operative assessments and provide appropriate post\-operative follow\-up care. * Perform minor and major ENT procedures as per competency and facility privileges. * Diagnose and manage conditions including: * Ear infections, hearing disorders, and balance disorders * Sinusitis and nasal disorders * Allergic rhinitis * Tonsillar and throat disorders * Voice and swallowing disorders * Head and neck conditions * Perform procedures such as nasal endoscopy, ear procedures, and other ENT interventions as authorized. * Provide patient education regarding treatment options, procedures, and preventive care. * Maintain accurate and timely medical records and clinical documentation. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective patient care. * Participate in quality improvement activities, clinical audits, and patient safety initiatives. Pay: QAR20,000\.00 \- QAR22,586\.16 per month Work Location: In person
