**Job Title:** Orthodontist
**Job Type:** Full\-time (or Part\-time)
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Orthodontist to join our dental team. The ideal candidate will diagnose, prevent, and treat dental and facial irregularities, providing high\-quality orthodontic care to patients of all ages. You will work closely with our clinical team to develop personalized treatment plans while delivering an exceptional patient experience.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Examine patients to assess orthodontic needs and diagnose malocclusions.
* Develop customized treatment plans using braces, clear aligners, retainers, and other orthodontic appliances.
* Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
* Educate patients and families on treatment options, oral hygiene, and appliance care.
* Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
* Collaborate with general dentists and dental specialists to ensure comprehensive patient care.
* Stay current with advances in orthodontic techniques, technologies, and best practices.
* Adhere to all clinical, safety, and regulatory standards.
**Qualifications:**
* DDS, DMD, or equivalent dental degree.
* Completion of a recognized postgraduate specialty program in Orthodontics.
* **Valid Department of Health (DOH) Abu Dhabi License or DOH Eligibility Letter is mandatory.** Healthcare professionals must be appropriately licensed or eligible to practice in Abu Dhabi under DOH requirements.
* Minimum of **2–5 years of experience** as an Orthodontist is preferred.
* Excellent clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Experience with digital orthodontics and clear aligner systems is an advantage.
**Preferred Skills:**
* Proficiency in traditional braces and clear aligner systems.
* Strong interpersonal and relationship\-building skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and problem\-solving abilities.
* Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
* Experience using electronic dental records (EDR) and digital imaging systems.
