You will manage a portfolio and play a key role in the strategic development of our distributor and dealer network. **Main missions** * Define market share targets and financial plans for channel partners. * Develop distributor agreements and strategic growth plans. * Drive performance programs, dashboards, and quarterly reviews. * Lead governance meetings (Channel Change Board, Sales Force, etc.). * Collaborate with Pricing, Service, Training, and Marcom teams. **Profile:** * Business, Marketing, or Engineering background. * 3–\-5 years of Heavy Industrial Equipment within market experience in Aftermarket Parts, Service/Sales * Proven track record in channel development and partner management. * Fluent in English, with strong analytical and communication skills. * Willingness to travel internationally (up to 40%).
