Spa Receptionist

**Responsibilities include:** Managing bookings, welcoming clients, answering inquiries, coordinating appointments, processing payments, following up with clients, supporting daily spa operations, and maintaining excellent customer service. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 **year of receptionist experience in spa receptionist in Dubai** * Minimum **1 year of hands\-on experience using Fresha** * Strong experience with booking and appointment management * Confident using Fresha for appointments, client profiles, payments, rescheduling, and daily calendar management * Strong communication and customer service skills * Comfortable handling WhatsApp, phone calls, Instagram inquiries, and walk\-in clients * Able to manage multiple staff schedules and appointments * Experience handling payments, POS, cash, and daily closing * Good knowledge of spa massage services * Comfortable recommending services, packages, * Professional appearance and positive attitude * Able to handle customer complaints calmly and professionally * Must currently be based in Dubai Pay: AED2,500\.00 \- AED30,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
