Spa Manager

Promotes and sells customized spa programs, and ensures effective communication amongst all departments within the hotel. Utilizes revenue management to maximize revenue generation based on data. Ensures Guest or Member satisfaction at all times by ensuring that safety and service are always the spa's priority. • Minimum of five (5) years experience in spa management with comprehensive knowledge of Spa operations. • Excellent customer service skills, guest-focused with a passion for standards excellence. • Strong knowledge of Opera, Microsoft Office application and spa management.
