Spa Administrative Assistant

**Job Description** Face and Body Beauty Salon is looking for a proactive and organized **Spa Administrative Assistant** to manage daily administrative operations and handle all client inquiries for both **in\-salon and home service bookings**. The ideal candidate should be customer\-focused, detail\-oriented, and comfortable handling basic accounts and reporting. **Key Responsibilities** * Handle all customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and messages * Manage bookings and schedules for **salon and home services** * Coordinate with therapists, drivers, and management * Maintain records, reports, and data using **Microsoft Excel, Fresha, and WhatsApp** * Assist with basic **accounts, invoicing, and expense tracking** * Provide excellent customer service and client follow\-ups * Support daily administrative and office tasks **Requirements** * Must have a **valid own visa** * Previous experience in **administration, spa/salon, or customer service** preferred * Good knowledge of **Microsoft Excel** * Basic understanding of **accounts and bookkeeping** * Strong communication and organizational skills * Ability to multitask and work independently * Available for **full\-time work in Abu Dhabi** **What We Offer** * Salary range: **AED 2,500 – 3,500** * Professional and supportive work environment * Opportunity to grow with a premium beauty and wellness brand Job Type: Full\-time Pay: AED2,500\.00 \- AED3,500\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Rate yourself as a Sales and Customer Service person Language: * English (Preferred) Location: * Abu Dhabi (Required) Work Location: In person
