Sous Chef/Jr. Sous Chef

**Location:** Dubai, UAE **Employment:** Full\-time **Joining:** Immediate joiners preferred **About the Role** We are seeking an experienced **Sous Chef / Junior Sous Chef** to join our culinary team in Dubai. The successful candidate will support the Executive Chef and Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, maintaining high standards of food quality, consistency, hygiene, and kitchen organization. **Key Responsibilities** * Support the Executive and Head Chefs in managing daily kitchen operations and food production. * Supervise and guide the kitchen team during preparation and service. * Ensure dishes are prepared according to approved recipes, presentation, and quality standards. * Maintain proper food storage, labeling, stock rotation, and portion control. * Monitor mise en place and ensure readiness for service. * Ensure compliance with HACCP, Dubai Municipality, food safety, and hygiene requirements. * Assist with inventory control, ordering, waste management, and cost control. * Train and support junior kitchen team members. * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment. **Requirements** * Previous experience as a Sous Chef, Junior Sous Chef, or similar position in a reputable hotel or high\-end restaurant. * Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards. * Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills. * Ability to work effectively in a fast\-paced environment. * Currently based in the UAE preferred. * **Immediate availability is highly preferred.** Pay: AED7,000\.00 \- AED9,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Can you join immediately?
