Sous Chef – Cloud Kitchen (Abu Dhabi)

YummyFri, a growing premium delivery kitchen (Talabat \& Keeta), is hiring an experienced **Sous Chef** to run our kitchen and lead a small team. This is a hands\-on senior role — you cook, you lead, and you help grow the menu. **What you'll do:** * Lead daily kitchen operations and hold the main station during peak * Develop and cost new menu items to a target food cost * Train and supervise the line cook and kitchen helper * Maintain quality, consistency, hygiene, and recipe standards * Manage prep lists, inventory, and POS (Foodics) **We offer:** * Salary AED 3,500–4,000/month (based on experience) * Transport allowance * Employment visa, medical insurance \& Emirates ID * One meal per shift \+ one day off per week * Real growth as the brand scales **Requirements:** * **Minimum 3–4 years professional kitchen experience, including 1–2 years as CDP or Sous Chef** * Able to lead a small team and run service independently * Can create AND cost new dishes (you understand food cost, not just cooking) * Experience with burgers, pasta, and appetizers / fast\-casual * Delivery or cloud kitchen experience is a strong advantage * Food safety/hygiene knowledge; comfortable with POS and inventory * Currently in the UAE with a transferable visa **Please do NOT apply if you are a trainee, beginner, or looking for your first senior role.** We are looking for a proven cook who can lead. **Location:** Madinat Al Riyad, Abu Dhabi.
