Solar Electrician - AC Side

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot solar PV systems at residential, commercial, and industrial sites. • Perform AC-side electrical works, including DB/SMDB terminations, cable laying, and 3-phase connections. • Install and commission solar inverters (Deye, Huawei, Sungrow, or similar brands). • Carry out CT installation and configuration for zero-export and net metering systems. • Install earthing systems and ensure compliance with electrical safety standards. • Read and interpret electrical drawings, single-line diagrams (SLDs), and wiring schematics. • Test and verify electrical connections before system energization. • Diagnose and resolve electrical faults in solar PV systems. • Coordinate with site engineers and project managers to complete installations on schedule. • Ensure all work complies with UAE electrical regulations and company safety procedures. • Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in good working condition. • Prepare daily work reports and communicate project progress to the supervisor. • Travel to project sites across the UAE as required. • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in solar PV installations in the UAE. • Hands-on experience with AC-side electrical works, including DB/SMDB terminations, 3-phase wiring, cable laying, and earthing. • Experience in inverter installation and commissioning (preferably Deye, Huawei, or Sungrow). • Knowledge of CT installation, zero-export systems, and net metering. • Ability to read electrical drawings and single-line diagrams (SLDs). • Familiar with UAE electrical safety standards and installation practices. • Valid UAE driving licence is an advantage. • Must be currently based in the UAE and available to join immediately or within a short notice period. • Physically fit and willing to travel across the UAE for project sites. • Good communication skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
