Full\-Stack AI EngineerAbout the Role We’re looking for a **Full\-Stack AI Engineer** to join our team and help build and scale real\-world products from end to end. You’ll work across the entire stack — from designing Python backend services and PostgreSQL data models to building intuitive React/TypeScript interfaces. A key part of the role will be developing and shipping **AI/LLM\-powered features** that solve practical business problems, particularly around document understanding, data extraction, and automation. This is a hands\-on engineering role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, moving quickly, and turning ideas into production\-ready products. What You’ll Do * Build and ship full\-stack product features from concept to production. * Develop scalable backend services and APIs using **Python**. * Build modern, responsive web applications using **React and TypeScript**. * Design and optimize **PostgreSQL** databases, queries, and data models. * Develop and integrate **AI/LLM capabilities** into production applications. * Build AI\-powered workflows for tasks such as document reading, information extraction, classification, and automation. * Work closely with product and business stakeholders to translate requirements into reliable technical solutions. * Own features across the full development lifecycle — architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring. * Improve application performance, reliability, security, and scalability. * Evaluate new AI tools, models, and techniques and determine where they can provide meaningful product value. What We’re Looking For * **4–7\+ years of professional software engineering experience**, with a track record of building and shipping real products end to end. * Strong experience with **Python backend development**. * Strong experience building production applications with **React and TypeScript**. * Solid knowledge of **PostgreSQL** and relational database design. * Proven experience shipping **AI/LLM features into production**, not just prototypes or experiments. * Experience with AI\-powered **document processing, document understanding, data extraction, or similar workflows**. * Strong understanding of APIs, distributed systems, software architecture, testing, and deployment. * Ability to work independently, make sound technical decisions, and take ownership of projects from start to finish. * Strong product mindset — you care about the user and business outcome, not just the code. Nice to Have * Experience in **fintech, accounting, ERP, payments, or financial software**. * Experience working with financial documents, invoices, receipts, statements, or accounting data. * Experience with OCR, document AI, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, or agentic workflows. * Experience deploying and operating applications in cloud environments. * Experience working in an early\-stage or fast\-moving product environment.
