**Job Title:** Software Developer (PHP/Laravel/Node.js) – Full Stack **Location:** Dubai, UAE **Employment Type:** Full\-time **Salary:** AED 5,000 – AED 10,000/month About the Role We are looking for a hands\-on Software Developer to join a growing luxury fragrance and beauty retail business in Dubai. The role focuses on developing scalable web and mobile applications, e\-commerce solutions, and digital platforms that support business growth. Key Responsibilities * Develop web and mobile applications end\-to\-end from concept to deployment. * Build and enhance e\-commerce platforms with secure and scalable solutions. * Design, develop, and integrate APIs with internal and third\-party systems. * Develop CRM dashboards and automation solutions (preferred). * Optimize database performance, application scalability, and system security. * Troubleshoot technical challenges and implement effective solutions. * Work closely with business teams to deliver innovative digital solutions. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of hands\-on software development experience. * Strong proficiency in PHP, Laravel, Yii Framework, and Node.js. * Experience in API development, system integration, and database optimization. * Proven ability to independently build applications from scratch. * Strong understanding of web/mobile security and scalable architecture. * Experience in luxury retail, fragrance, or beauty industry is an advantage but not mandatory. * Strong ownership mindset, problem\-solving ability, and communication skills. * Immediate availability is preferred.
