Job Description We are supporting a leading public sector organisation in the UAE in their search for a Social Research Division Manager to lead the delivery of high-impact research programmes that inform government policy and strategic decision-making. This is a senior leadership opportunity offering significant exposure to executive leadership and the chance to shape evidence-based policy across a broad portfolio of strategic government initiatives. The successful candidate will oversee complex research programmes, lead a high-performing team, and ensure the delivery of robust insights that support national priorities. Key Responsibilities -Lead the delivery of large-scale quantitative and qualitative social research programmes. -Oversee research design, methodology, quality assurance, and analytical outputs. -Translate complex research findings into clear, evidence-based recommendations for senior decision-makers. -Present research insights and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and key stakeholders. -Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders across multiple government entities. -Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of research professionals. -Ensure research programmes are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest professional standards. -Contribute to the development of future research strategies and continuous improvement initiatives. Candidate Requirements -UAE National, fluent in both Arabic and English. -Minimum of 9 years experience in social research, policy analysis, economics, or a related discipline. -Strong leadership experience managing complex research projects and multidisciplinary teams. -Expertise in both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies. -Proven ability to communicate research findings to senior stakeholders and support strategic decision-making. -Master s degree in Research, Economics, Policy Analysis, or a related field (PhD preferred). -Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
