Social Media Specialist

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Multimedia Executive to lead our digital presence across multiple brands. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all social media platforms, driving engaging content strategies, and leading a creative team to deliver high-quality multimedia content. Key Responsibilities • Manage and grow the company's presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Google Business Profile , and other digital platforms. • Develop and execute social media strategies that increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. • Create, schedule, publish, and monitor content across all social media channels. • Plan and oversee photography, videography, and multimedia production for marketing campaigns and events. • Lead and coordinate the daily activities of the Photographer and Multimedia Designer , ensuring timely delivery of creative assets. • Collaborate with the Marketing, HR, Sales, and Operations teams to produce compelling digital content. • Monitor social media performance, analyze campaign metrics, and prepare monthly performance reports. • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices. • Ensure brand consistency across all digital and multimedia communications. • Manage online reputation by monitoring reviews, comments, and customer engagement. • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in social media management and multimedia marketing. • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile, and other digital marketing platforms. • Proficiency in content planning, copywriting, photography, videography coordination, and digital campaign management. • Familiarity with graphic design and video editing software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) is an advantage. • Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills. • Willing to commute to Ajman head office • Experience in the UAE market is preferred.
