**Hiring: Social Media Specialist** **Location:** Dubai **Salary:** AED 4,000–5,000 **Male candidates preferred** **Immediate Joiners preferred** **Experience:** 5–7 years We are looking for an experienced **Social Media Specialist** to develop and execute social media strategies, create engaging content, manage campaigns, and drive online engagement and lead generation. Key Responsibilities * Develop and execute social media strategies based on market research and audience insights. * Create, edit, publish and manage daily content across social media platforms. * Manage and optimize company social media pages. * Develop content calendars and publishing schedules. * Monitor social media performance, analytics and key metrics. * Manage **social media advertising and campaigns**. * Moderate and manage user\-generated content. * Collaborate with Sales, Customer Relations and other departments to strengthen brand reputation and engagement. * Identify opportunities for lead generation and audience growth.
