Job description
We are looking for a creative and results\-driven Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our social media presence, with a strong focus on engaging audiences in the Philippines and supporting our wider digital marketing strategy.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, content creation and audience engagement, with the ability to create content that is relevant, engaging and aligned with the brand.
Key Responsibilities
● Develop and execute social media strategies across relevant platforms.
● Create, plan and publish engaging social media content.
● Develop monthly/weekly content calendars.
● Write engaging captions, social copy and promotional content.
● Stay up to date with social media trends, formats, memes and emerging content styles.
● Coordinate with designers, video editors and the marketing team to produce creative content.
● Manage day\-to\-day social media activities and community engagement.
● Monitor comments, messages and audience interactions.
● Analyze social media performance and provide regular reports.
● Track engagement, reach, follower growth and other relevant KPIs.
● Research competitors and identify opportunities to improve content and engagement.
● Experiment with different content formats, including short\-form videos, reels, stories and static posts.
Requirements
● 2\+ years of experience in Social Media Management / Content Marketing.
● Strong understanding of social media platforms and current trends.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Strong content\-writing and storytelling abilities.
● Experience creating content for the Philippines market is highly preferred.
● Familiarity with short\-form video content, Reels and TikTok.
● Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
● Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
● Experience in iGaming, online betting, gaming or similar industries is an advantage.
Philippines\-based candidates are strongly preferred.
