• Assist in developing and scheduling engaging social media content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter, ensuring brand consistency. • Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, responding promptly and professionally to foster community interaction. • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience insights to inform content strategy and identify new opportunities. • Help create visually appealing graphics and short videos for social media posts, aligning with brand aesthetics. • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. • Possesses a foundational understanding of major social media platforms and their respective audiences. • Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail and grammar. • Proficient in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) is a plus.
