Social Media Content Creator & All-Round Restaurant Team Member

**Job Description** We are looking for a creative, energetic, and reliable team member who can manage our restaurant’s social media presence while also supporting daily restaurant operations. This is an all\-round position combining social media management and content creation with waitress and kitchen\-helper responsibilities. The ideal candidate is creative, confident using social media platforms, comfortable interacting with customers, and willing to assist wherever needed. Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media and Content Creation * Manage the restaurant’s social media accounts, including Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms. * Create engaging photos, videos, Reels, Stories, and other creative content. * Photograph and film food, beverages, restaurant activities, and special events. * Write attractive captions and publish content regularly. * Prepare a simple content calendar and suggest new promotional ideas. * Respond professionally to comments and direct messages. * Follow current social media trends and adapt them to the restaurant’s brand. * Promote new dishes, special offers, events, and seasonal campaigns. * Monitor content performance and suggest ways to improve engagement and reach. * Ensure all published content represents the restaurant professionally. Waitress and Customer\-Service Duties * Welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner. * Take food and beverage orders accurately. * Serve orders and answer basic menu questions. * Prepare tables and keep the dining area clean and organized. * Pack takeaway and delivery orders when required. * Assist customers and help create a positive dining experience. Kitchen\-Support Duties * Assist with basic food preparation and ingredient handling. * Help organize kitchen supplies and workstations. * Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment when required. * Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dining areas. * Refill supplies and support the kitchen team during busy periods. * Follow all food\-safety, hygiene, and health regulations. * Perform other restaurant duties assigned by the supervisor. Requirements * Experience managing social media accounts or creating digital content. * Good knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Reels, Stories, and short\-form videos. * Basic photography and video\-editing skills. * Creative mindset with the ability to develop fresh content ideas. * Comfortable appearing in videos is an advantage. * Good English communication and writing skills; additional languages are a plus. * Friendly personality and good customer\-service skills. * Flexible and willing to work as a waitress and kitchen helper. * Positive attitude and willingness to learn. * Reliable, punctual, honest, respectful, and hardworking. * Able to work independently and as part of a team. * Able to work under pressure in a fast\-paced restaurant environment. * Previous restaurant, hospitality, marketing, or content\-creation experience is an advantage. * Candidates with a valid UAE visa or transferable visa are preferred. * Interested in a stable, long\-term opportunity and committed to helping the restaurant grow. **Work Location:** Abu Dhabi \& Al Ain Pay: AED1,500\.00 \- AED5,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
