Social Media and Marketing

**Required: Linked or attached portfolio** **Job Overview** We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media \& Marketing Specialist to manage our online presence, engage with our audience, and contribute to the growth of our brand. The ideal candidate is highly in tune with social media trends, comfortable on camera, and passionate about creating impactful marketing campaigns. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage and oversee all social media platforms, including content posting, scheduling, and daily engagement with customers * Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and brand\-aligned manner * Develop creative content ideas aligned with current trends across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) * Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and best practices * Identify and research relevant influencers and potential brand partnerships * Coordinate and execute email marketing campaigns * Brainstorm and develop innovative marketing campaign ideas to support brand growth * Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly **Requirements** * 1–2 years of experience in social media management and/or marketing * Strong understanding of current social media trends and platforms * Knowledge of the local market and influencer landscape * Excellent communication and writing skills * Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) * Comfortable appearing on camera and creating video content * Creative mindset with strong attention to detail * Ability to work independently and collaboratively * Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite) * Understanding of analytics and performance tracking * Experience in influencer marketing or brand collaborations Job Type: Permanent Application Question(s): * This is a full\-time position.
