Job description
** Previous experience working with smash burgers.**
** Experience preparing and portioning burger patties.**
** Good experience using a flat\-top griddle.**
** Able to achieve a proper smash and crust consistently.**
** Experience preparing and toasting burger buns.**
** Able to work quickly during busy hours.**
** Maintain consistent quality and portion sizes.**
** Responsible for cleaning the griddle, equipment, and workstation.**
** Must follow proper food hygiene and cleanliness standards.**
** Preferably has previous restaurant experience in Qatar.**
** Must be currently available in Qatar.**
