Skilled Worker

Role & responsibilities Perform assigned technical and operational tasks according to work instructions and company procedures. Operate hand tools, power tools, machinery, and equipment safely and efficiently. Assist in installation, repair, assembly, fabrication, and maintenance activities. Carry out preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting of equipment. Inspect tools, equipment, and work areas before and after use. Load, unload, and move materials using proper handling techniques. Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping of the workplace. Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality standards. Technical/Vocational Certificate, ITI, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in a relevant trade. Minimum 25 years of experience as a Skilled Worker in manufacturing, construction, maintenance, offshore, or industrial operations. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and basic machinery safely. Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, fabrication, or maintenance work. Familiarity with workplace safety procedures and PPE requirements. Physically fit and able to perform manual work in industrial or outdoor environments. Good teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
