Six Sigma Manager (Business Excellence)

We are seeking an experienced Six Sigma Manager to drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional projects, optimize business processes, reduce inefficiencies, and deliver measurable business value using Six Sigma and Lean methodologies. • Lead process improvement projects using Six Sigma (DMAIC) and Lean methodologies. • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and operational performance. • Manage cross-functional projects across Operations, Finance, HR, Procurement, Sales, Customer Service, and Support Functions. • Analyze data, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions. • Monitor project progress, benefits realization, and performance metrics. • Coach and mentor Green Belts, Yellow Belts, and process owners. • Conduct training sessions to strengthen continuous improvement capabilities. • Partner with senior leadership to align improvement initiatives with business objectives. • ASQ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) – Preferred • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. • 8–12 years of experience in Process Improvement, Operational Excellence, or Business Excellence. Proven success in leading multiple Six Sigma projects across different business functions. • Strong expertise in Lean, DMAIC, Root Cause Analysis, and Statistical Analysis. • Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
