**Site Supervisor / FM Inspector – Facility Management** **Company:** Al Falah Facility Management LLC **Location:** Abu Dhabi, UAE **Experience:** 3–5 Years UAE Facility Management Experience **Employment Type:** Full\-Time **Job Summary:** We are looking for an experienced and responsible **Site Supervisor / FM Inspector** to join our Facility Management team. The candidate will be responsible for **site inspections, reporting, snagging and de\-snagging, quality monitoring, AMC and PPM follow\-up, maintenance supervision, manpower coordination, project monitoring, and client coordination**. The role requires good knowledge of **MEP and general Facility Management activities**, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, civil works, fire alarm, firefighting, and other building maintenance services. The candidate should be able to identify site issues, prepare reports and snag lists, coordinate rectification works, inspect completed works, monitor work progress, and ensure all assigned works are completed within the required timeline. **Key Responsibilities** · Conduct regular inspections of buildings, facilities, common areas, plant rooms, service areas, and other FM sites. · Inspect **MEP and Facility Management works** and identify defects, incomplete works, maintenance requirements, and quality issues. · Prepare **snag lists Report.** · Prepare **site inspection reports, snag lists, progress reports, PPM reports, and completion reports** with photographs. · Coordinate with technicians, supervisors, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors for maintenance works, snag rectification, and pending activities. · Conduct **re\-inspection and de\-snagging** to verify that completed works meet the required quality standards. · Monitor and follow up on **AMC, PPM, breakdowns, reactive maintenance, work orders, service calls, and project activities**. · Ensure scheduled **PPM and maintenance activities are completed on time** and properly documented. · Monitor the quality and progress of **HVAC, electrical, plumbing, civil, fire alarm, firefighting, and other FM works**. · Supervise technicians and workers and monitor manpower, attendance, tools, materials, and daily site activities. · Monitor subcontractor activities and verify that work is completed as required. · Maintain **daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, half\-yearly, and yearly PPM trackers and reports**. · Prepare regular updates on **completed, ongoing, delayed, and pending activities**. · Ensure work orders, checklists, service reports, PPM records, and other required documents are properly completed. · Follow up on breakdowns, complaints, emergency works, pending quotations, material requirements, approvals, and corrective actions. · Inspect completed works before recommending **client approval and final closure**. · Identify recurring defects and maintenance issues and report them to the FM Engineer/Manager. · Attend site meetings and coordinate with **clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams** as required. · Monitor housekeeping, safety, access, and proper working conditions at the site. · Assist in monitoring **project progress** and ensure activities are completed according to the planned schedule. · Report technical issues, delays, manpower or material requirements, safety concerns, and unresolved works to the FM Engineer/Manager. · Follow up on pending issues until **rectification and final closure**. · Assist the FM Engineer/Manager with **monthly FM/AMC reports, client reports, project progress reports, and presentations**. · Maintain proper records of **inspections, AMC, PPM, work orders, breakdowns, snagging/de\-snagging, project activities, photographs, and closure documents**. **Candidate Requirements:** · Diploma or Bachelor Degree · **3–5 years of relevant UAE Facility Management experience**. · Practical experience in **site supervision, building maintenance, inspection, snagging, and de\-snagging**. · Good knowledge of **HVAC, electrical, plumbing, civil, and general MEP maintenance**. · Experience in supervising and coordinating maintenance technicians and workers. · Ability to identify defects and assess the quality of completed works. · Good knowledge of preparing **quotations, snag lists, inspection reports, checklists, PPM reports, work\-status reports, and work completion reports**. · Strong **site supervision, project coordination, and administrative skills**. · Good knowledge of **FM reporting, documentation, and tracker preparation**. · Good knowledge of **Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint**. · Good communication and coordination skills. · Ability to communicate professionally with **clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors**. · Strong follow\-up, organizational, and problem\-solving skills. · Ability to work independently and manage multiple site requirements. · UAE driving license is an advantage. · **UAE Facility Management experience is preferred.** **Salary \& Employment** **Salary:** AED 2,000 – AED 3,500 per month **Location:** Abu Dhabi, UAE **Employment Type:** Full\-Time **How to Apply** Interested candidates can send their **updated CV** to: **** Work Location: In person Pay: AED2,000\.00 \- AED3,500\.00 per month Work Location: In person
