Site Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced **Site Supervisor** to oversee on\-site operations and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate should have experience managing installation teams, coordinating with clients, and supervising interior fit\-out or construction projects. Responsibilities * Supervise daily site operations and installation teams. * Coordinate with clients, contractors, and project managers. * Ensure work is completed according to drawings and specifications. * Monitor project progress and prepare site reports. * Enforce safety standards and company policies. * Manage manpower, materials, and equipment on site. * Resolve on\-site issues and maintain project quality. Requirements * Minimum **3 years** of experience as a Site Supervisor. * Experience in interior fit\-out, joinery, or construction projects. * Ability to read technical drawings. * Strong leadership and communication skills. * Valid UAE driving licence preferred. * Immediate joiners preferred.
