Job description
* Supervise and coordinate daily glass installation activities at project sites.
* Manage and monitor glass installation teams, ensuring work is completed according to approved drawings and specifications.
* Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, consultants, and other site teams.
* Ensure proper installation of glass doors, windows, curtain walls, partitions, shopfronts, façades, and other glass\-related works.
* Read and interpret shop drawings, architectural drawings, measurements, and installation details.
* Take site measurements and verify dimensions before fabrication and installation.
* Monitor the quality, alignment, level, and finishing of glass installations.
* Ensure materials, tools, equipment, and manpower are available as required.
* Coordinate with the factory/fabrication team regarding production and delivery schedules.
* Identify and resolve site\-related technical and installation issues.
* Ensure work is completed within the project schedule and required quality standards.
* Monitor workers' productivity and maintain proper site discipline.
* Ensure compliance with UAE health, safety, and site regulations.
* Prepare daily progress updates and report site issues to the management.
* Coordinate snagging, rectification, and final handover activities.
Requirements
* Diploma/ITI or relevant technical qualification preferred.
* **1–2 years of experience** in glass installation/site supervision.
* Strong knowledge of architectural glass and glazing works.
* Experience with glass doors, windows, partitions, shopfronts, curtain walls, façades, and related systems.
* Ability to read drawings and understand measurements and installation details.
* UAE/GCC experience is preferred.
* Good knowledge of site coordination and manpower management.
* Strong communication, leadership, and problem\-solving skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
* Candidates with a valid UAE driving licence will be an advantage.
Pay: AED2,500\.00 \- AED3,000\.00 per month
