Site Supervision Engineer – Architecture, Electrical, or Mechanical

Vistas GlobalEngineering·Doha, Qatar·Full\-time·Ref: RRFT\-VG\-BSO\-2026\-1034 **About the role** ------------------ We are seeking an experienced Site Supervision Engineer to oversee on\-site execution activities, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, quality requirements, health and safety standards, and project timelines. **What we're looking for** -------------------------- **Qualifications \& Experience** * Bachelor’s degree in architecture engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university, according to the required specialization. * A master’s degree in engineering or project management is preferred. * Professional certifications including PMP, professional registration with an accredited body such as UPDA/MMUP, and specialized certifications related to supervision, execution, and quality management works are preferred. * Minimum 10 years of experience in supervising the execution of engineering projects and interior fit\-out works for the required specialization. * Proven experience in major projects, government projects, or multi\-discipline projects within the State of Qatar or GCC countries. * Practical experience in managing and following up on contractors' work and coordinating between the different disciplines on\-site. * Excellent knowledge of technical specifications and building systems, and quality, health, and safety requirements applicable in the State of Qatar. * Proficiency in preparing technical reports and using Microsoft Office programs and project management software. * The ability to work under pressure, manage priorities, and deal with various project stakeholders. **Skills \& Competencies** * Strong site supervision and project execution skills. * Excellent knowledge of technical specifications, building systems, and fit\-out works. * Strong coordination skills with consultants, contractors, and project teams. * Ability to review drawings, materials, commissioning, and technical acceptance activities. * Strong understanding of quality requirements, health and safety standards, and applicable regulations. * Excellent problem\-solving and technical decision\-making abilities. * Strong reporting, documentation, and technical observation follow\-up skills. * Ability to manage priorities and work effectively under pressure. * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and project management software.
