Site Service Technician

**Job Summary:** We are looking for an experienced Site Service Technician / Service Engineer for installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of wellhead and surface production equipment at customer sites. The candidate should possess strong hands\-on field experience with Wellheads, Surface Safety Valves (SSV), Gate Valves, Choke Valves, and Wellhead Control Panels (WHCP). Experience in wellhead installation activities, valve testing, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, and field troubleshooting is essential. **Key Responsibilities:** * Carry out installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of: Wellheads, Surface Safety Valves (SSV), Gate Valves, Choke Valves, Wellhead Control Panels (WHCP) * Perform wellhead installation activities including: Casing Head installation, Tubing Head installation, Adapter Flange installation, Xmas Tree installation, Tubing Hanger \& Casing Hanger installation * Perform running and retrieval activities for: BPV, TWCV, Wear Bushings, Combination Tools * Conduct: Hydrotesting, Gas testing, Valve functional testing, SSV calibration and testing, Leak testing * Troubleshoot and maintain: Hydraulic systems, Pneumatic systems, SCADA\-based WHCP systems, Control panels * Perform online/offline maintenance and repair of SSVs and wellhead equipment at site. * Prepare service reports, test reports, and installation records. **Required Technical Skills:** Candidate should have hands\-on experience in: * API 6A Wellhead Equipment * Surface Safety Valves (SSV) * Gate Valves * Adjustable \& Positive/Negative Choke Valves * Wellhead Control Panels (WHCP) * Hydraulic \& Pneumatic Systems * Hydrotesting \& Gas Testing * Valve Assembly \& Disassembly * Instrument Tubing \& Fittings **Qualification:** * Diploma / Degree in: * Mechanical Engineering * Instrumentation Engineering * Electrical Engineering * Petroleum Engineering * Or equivalent technical qualification **Experience:** * · Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in oil \& gas field service operations. * · Mandatory experience in: Wellhead installation SSV installation and maintenance WHCP troubleshooting Valve servicing and testing * Gulf / Middle East oilfield experience preferred. * Onshore/offshore field experience preferred. **Other Requirements:** * Locally preferred GCC. * Willingness to travel to field locations and work at remote wellsites. * Ability to work independently under site conditions. * Good communication and reporting skills. * Valid driving license preferred.(Kuwait).
