Site Service Technician – Electrician

**Job Summary:** The Site Service Technician – Electrician is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and testing electrical systems and equipment at customer sites. The role requires ensuring all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards and local electrical regulations while providing excellent customer service. **Key Responsibilities** * Perform preventive maintenance and electrical servicing of diesel generators and associated equipment. * Diagnose and rectify electrical faults in generators, control panels, ATS panels, and related systems. * Conduct testing, commissioning, and functional checks after repairs. * Attend emergency breakdowns and restore equipment to operational condition. * Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals. * Prepare accurate service reports and maintenance documentation. * Ensure all work complies with electrical safety standards and company procedures. * Coordinate with customers and the service department regarding maintenance activities. * Recommend replacement of defective components and required spare parts. * Maintain tools, testing instruments, and service vehicle in good condition. **Minimum Requirements** * Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory). * Minimum 5 years of experience in generator/equipment maintenance and field service. * Strong knowledge of generator electrical systems, control panels, ATS panels, alternators, and engine controllers. * Ability to troubleshoot electrical and control system faults independently. * Good communication and customer service skills. * Willingness to travel throughout the UAE.
